When thinking about 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠&𝗔, think beyond financial, tax, legal, and commercial due diligence, and plan also 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in your checklist. It was a great evening on 19.11.2025 at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management to discuss this topic with Kasturi Dadhe at the fireside chat, as well as listen to several other panel discussions and key note speakers during the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼-𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟱.

✨A special highlight was the inspiring speech of the Consulate General of India, Frankfurt, Ms. Shuchita Kishore, and what really stayed with me was her remark: “𝗬𝗲𝘀, 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮-𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵?”
